Refund Policy

At Luvia London, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy on all eligible items.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Be unworn and in its original condition
  • Be in the original Luvia London gift packaging
  • Not be earrings (excluded for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at luvialondon@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • Your reason for returning (optional but helpful)

We'll respond within 2 hours with return instructions and, for UK orders, a prepaid return label.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a fault on our part).


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at luvialondon@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue as a priority — usually with a same-day replacement or full refund.


Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
